Our Guarantee

When you place your order, we want to make sure you get a high-quality product every time. 

For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of our products, please use the following procedure:

1. Email us with a description of the issue at support@12stepgear.com

2. Attach any photos of the issue so we can collaborate with our production partner to find a solution. 

3. Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement sent. 

 

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing refund/replacement requests. We are a made-to-order business so returns and replacements will only be issued in instances where there are quality defects in printing or quality of the construction of our products.
